User Agreement and Personal Data Processing Policy

  1. Preamble
    1. This personal data processing policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information that Limited Liability Company "Ekomilk" (OOO "Ekomilk"; Address of location: 121357, Moscow, Vereiskaya street, building 17, floor 2, room 213; INN/KPP: 7731417709/773101001; OGRN: 1117746970175) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) may receive about the User during his/her use of the website, located at: https://ecomilk.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site), including the ability to send information, including advertising information.
    2. The Policy is posted on the website page: ecomilk.ru\policy
    3. Using the services and the Operator's website means the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms and conditions for processing his personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these terms, the User must refrain from using the Site.
    4. The Company assumes that the User initiating the use of the Site consciously determines his requests and controls the technical parameters of the equipment he uses, and has also read this Policy in full. In case of disagreement by the User with this Policy, use must be discontinued.
    5. This Policy applies only to the Site. The Company does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the User can follow the links available on the above Site.
    6. The terms and definitions used in this document shall have the meaning given to them by Art. 3 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
  2. General Provisions
    1. The Policy has been developed in accordance with the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter - FZ-152).
    2. In accordance with this Policy, the Company processes and protects the User's personal data during his communication and interaction with the Company from any device and in any form, when visiting the Site.
    3. By filling out the feedback form on the Site, the User confirms that he accepts the terms of this Agreement and the terms of processing of personal data specified in it.
    4. By providing their personal data to the Company, the User of the Site agrees that the company has the right to send informational, including advertising, messages to the User's email and mobile phone with their consent, expressed by performing the actions specified in paragraph 2.3. of the Policy. The User has the right to refuse to receive advertising and other information without explaining the reasons for the refusal by sending a corresponding request to the email address specified on the Site.
    5. The processing period for users' personal data is 5 (five) years from the date of provision of such data by the user, unless another period is required to achieve the goals specified in paragraph 4.1. of the Policy.
  3. Data that the Company processes and processing methods
    1. The Company has the right to collect the following data about the User:
      • personal data: last name, first name, middle name, email address, telephone number;
      • data that is automatically transmitted as a result of the User's use of the software installed on the User's device, including the IP address, cookie data, information about the User's browser (or other program with which the services are accessed), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to the services, addresses of the requested pages and other similar information;
      • other information about the User, the processing of which is provided for by this policy, the agreement on the use of the Site and/or the possible receipt of which is technically conditioned.
    2. The Company may collect data in the following ways:
      • when the User visits the Site;
      • when contacting the Company's support service via email, telephone, Telegram, Skype messengers, or other communication channels.
  4. Purposes of collecting personal data by the Company
    1. The Company processes personal data to achieve the following purposes:

      • Collecting analytical information to improve the quality of the Site and its content, conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data;
      • Informing the User about promotions, discounts and special offers via electronic and SMS mailings;
      • Collection of cookies for targeting advertising materials.

      • E-mail address;
      • Phone numbers.

      • Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, destruction, deletion, blocking, clarification, and depersonalization of personal data;
      • Sending informational letters to the e-mail address, using other contact information provided by the User.
  5. Rights and obligations of the Company and the User
    1. Компания обязана:
      1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in this Policy.
      2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior written permission of the User, and not sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other possible way the transferred personal data of the User, with the exception of cases provided for in this policy.
      3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect such information.
      4. Block the personal data related to the relevant User, from the moment of the User's request or appeal or their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the verification period in the event of detection of inaccurate personal data or illegal actions on the part of the Company.
      5. When storing personal data, use databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
    2. The Company has the right to:
      1. Transfer personal data to inquiry and investigation bodies, other authorized bodies on the grounds provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
      2. Receive reliable information and/or documents containing personal data from the subject of personal data;
      3. Independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of obligations stipulated by the Law on Personal Data and regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it, unless otherwise provided by the Law on Personal Data or other federal laws.
    3. The User is obliged to:
      1. Provide the Company with current and reliable information about themselves.
      2. Not mislead the Company with respect to their identity, and do not provide false or inaccurate information about themselves.
      3. Not provide the Company in any way, either through the Site or otherwise, with any information that is fully or partially related to state, commercial and/or banking secrets, facts and information about their personal life or the personal life of third parties, and do not provide any other information, the provision of which is prohibited by this policy.
      4. Persons who have provided the Operator with inaccurate information about themselves, or information about another subject of personal data without the consent of the latter, are liable in accordance with the Russian Federation legislation.
    4. The User has the right to:
      1. Exercise all of his/her rights and bear the obligations stipulated by the Federal Law "On personal data" and other applicable laws by sending the relevant requests (applications) to the Company's contact email address control@ecomilk.ru (with the subject of the letter "Updating personal data") or by Russian Post to the address: 121357, Moscow, Vereiskaya St., Building 17, Business Center "Vereiskaya Plaza 2", Office No. 213 (Recipient: Ecomilk LLC).
      2. Receive information regarding the processing of his/her personal data, except for cases stipulated by federal laws. The information is provided to the personal data subject by the Operator in an accessible form, and it should not contain personal data related to other personal data subjects, except in cases where there are legal grounds for disclosing such personal data. The list of information and the procedure for obtaining it are established by the Law on Personal Data;
      3. The User has the right to revoke their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a corresponding notice in simple written form to the e-mail address control@ecomilk.ru with the subject line "Request for personal data".
  6. Processing personal information using cookies and counters
    1. The User understands that the equipment and software used to use (visit) the Site may have the function of prohibiting operations with cookies (for any sites or for certain sites), as well as deleting previously received cookies.
    2. The Company has the right to establish that the provision of a number of options for using the Site, service is possible only if the acceptance and receipt of cookies is permitted by the User.
    3. The structure of the cookie file, its content and technical parameters are determined at the discretion of the Company and may change without prior notice to the User.
    4. Counters placed by the Company when using the Site, service, can be used to analyze the User's cookies, to collect and process statistical information and for other purposes. Technical parameters of the meters are determined by the Company and may change without prior notice to the User.
  7. Final Provisions
    • The Company has the right to unilaterally amend this Privacy Policy at any time.
    • The new Privacy Policy shall enter into force from the moment of its publication on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
    • This Policy and the relations between the User and the Operator arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy shall be subject to the law of the Russian Federation.
    • The User may receive any clarifications on issues of interest regarding the processing of his personal data by contacting the Operator via e-mail control@ecomilk.ru.
    • The current version of the Policy is freely available on the Internet at ecomilk.ru\policy
